SHIPPING
Backorders :
We are a print on demand business. Although rare, we will inform you via
email of any delays in filling your order. If the items remain unavailable
after 30 days, we will cancel the ordered items and send you an email notice
with the option of renewing the order or refund your payment.
Color Matching:
Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the
full size framed prints. All images on our site are provided by the print
publishers. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard
return policy.
Copyrights :
All artwork represented on this website is fully copyrighted and protected by
Coulter Watt .
Credit Card Charges:
We accept credit card payments through PayPal for payment of prints ordered.

Gift Certificates :
Gift certificates are avaiable. Contact info@CoulterWatt.com
for more information.
Taxes on Orders:
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge including all state
taxes. International customers are responsible for all import tariffs and
duties.
Packaging :
Prints are carefully packed in sturdy, heavy tubes. We have strong packages
and a zero damage rate, to date.
Privacy Policy:
Coulter Watt .com does not sell or rent any customer information to third
parties. Credit card payments are securely processed through PayPal. Customer
phone numbers are for the use of FedEx, only in the event of a problem
delivering your packages. Customer email addresses are used only by us to
contact customers regarding orders, inquiries, or other business.

Returns :
Customers have 10 business days from the date of delivery to return items in the original shipping containers. Packages must ship via insured carrier such as FedEx or UPS at the customer's expense. Refunds for the item(s) purchase price will be credited promptly upon receipt of merchandise in new condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Customers desiring exchange items must include a note listing the desired exchange item.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged only for deliveries within Pennsylvania .
Shipping Charges:
There is a flat fee of $___ for handling and shipping via FedEx.
Shipping Damage:
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, just send an email to
info@CoulterWatt.com stating the nature of the damage to the shipping tube
and contents. We will ship you a replacement print as soon as the damaged
print is returned.
Shipping Time:
All orders ship via FedEx or UPS. The shopping cart shipping options are:
1) FedEx Ground service.
2) FedEx 2 day service.
We do not ship to PO boxes within the USA or to APO and FPO addresses.
